In order to maintain highest security of users funds, both bitcoins and euro and due to recent events in bitcoin exchanges, we have to change our policy for depositing euro currency.
First deposit of all users at eur.bitcurex.com – will be checked against fraudulent activity, therefore depositing time can take up to 7 days, until the payment is cleared by our security department.
It might sound weird, but security of user funds are on our hands, so we have to take every measure possible to protect them.
Each user can send us a copy of his ID card and bank statement, that this account does belong to a user along with recent utility bill to speed up the clearing process, sent to kyc( at )digital-future.it
Next deposits are credited to account the same day they arrive.
Transit time (sending eur) for SEPA is usually D+1 (on working days)
International (non SEPA) up to 7 days until arrival on our account.
