They are having delay in payouts for months now and like I have predicted before genesis mining will soon get bankrupt or will run away because their business model is not sustainable one. Right now they are selling pre-orders of bitcoin mining rigs so that they can pay old investors with new investor's money, they are running in HYIP model.

I will always Stay away from any of so called cloud mining sites.

I can't recommend or refuse genesis, because I didn't use it yet. But Ethereum seems to be delayed on many services. Maybe it has something to do with their update or price drop of Bitcoin or the many tokens, that the network maybe is overloaded.

In the past I would have been saying that they're a trustworthy company, but today it seems as though they are having trouble paying out.
This is starting to look like they have some solvency issues, I've read multiple scam reports about them the past couple of months.

I would just avoid cloud mining in general, they're pretty much all ponzi's.

Cloud mining is not honestly safe and not profitable if you don't receive your bitcoin from last 4 days.. it means they turn into scam soon..
Just like the other cloud mining site that actually they are paying the first place just to get the trust by people until if we seen the price is getting low they will sell our bitcoin and ignore their customer until will never pay us what we invest..
So now you learn and hope that don't invest again with cloud mining or any investment plan. .you will just scam in the end. .

learn in that situation is dont trust cloud mining but that is not only a legit cloud mining you can do it in eobot to do mining no investment needed all of the cloud mining will be turn in scam but if your smart you dont need an invest to earn like in eobot they gave free doge daily so you can use it to buy hash no invest no lasting repentance

there are 2 possibilities why would they delayed your payout.
1.Your contracts no longer profitable,usually they're always said it to every costumer that your contract no longer profitable because it can not pay the expanses then they will close your account
2.Bitcoin crash for the moment and they can not pay their expanses and they delayed your payout to 'keep' it for a moment until the retrace,they're doing this to give the old investor their payout and to keep their company.

as i told you guys many times,do not invest to this so called cloud mining.
because they can survive this long it's not because of their mining rig and profit,but instead they survived because of the costumer money.
they're taking some of your payout as the expanses which is an earning for them.

just do not bother with this kind of services again in the future,just buy it directly and hold it for a year,you will get profit from it unlike this cloud mining.

well that's the right way to know what's going on sending report ticket and ask its better to do that way as we knew there's already some answer around
regarding to this delayed genesis still trying to survive even we are seeing that the scheme looks like a hyip now using money of new investors to cover up

I hope it ends. It is like a cancer sucking people money with empty promises. Just go and check their facebook page to see why these people cannot be trusted. They argue with the rising difficulty to not pay people or to delay the payout for a really long amount of time. The only people supporting them are the ones who give you their referral link in order to get 5% from anyone joining with their link.

If people are complaining about not received payments means they already reached those withdrawal limits. If they don't reach withdrawal limits then they are not allowed to withdraw their coins.

All HYIP model business will end soon or later and people never should invest money these businesses. I don't believe them and it will be a two years contract and in two years anything can happen so I prefer to invest that money in coins directly instead cloud mining.

These cloud miners are always scammers. I'm not putting any tags on genesis mining site but somehow we see complaints about every cloud mining site in the forum. Looking at increasing complaints about genesis mining site they turn out to be little fishy now. Yes there are no payout as can be seen in many other threads around the forum. But too early to put a tag on. The deceased price will affect the mining industry more now. Stay safe guys, mining with cloud miners is anyway dangerous deal.

It's because most coins prices fall down and consider to crash.
Then, it's cause most mining pools, miners, and cloud mining run into loss, simply because mining hardware still expensive but the profits which generated bitcoin has declined. For people who invest in genesis mining, just wait if they can find a gate to get out from this situation, but for new investors it's a loss because they have to wait for 5-6 months for ROI. Too early to judge I guess, but hopefully genesis mining will pay everyone.

Point 2 is a total bullshit. They are mining a coin and are supposed to pay you a percent of what they've mined. The client should always go first, so you should get the coins directly to your account with no delays and it's their job to take care of the fiat bills. You as a client don't care what the price of the coin in fiat is at the moment. What if I told you your payment is being delayed because the value of Bitcoin in Congolese franc has decreased?

Did not you receive your payment or did you come to tell that your friend did not receive payment? as much as I do not like cloud mining, you need to have proof before you accuse someone and in the case you do not have any proof

Actually a guy called Boxmining on YT has done a video just a few weeks ago on the genesis mining farm, which means that they are probably still in operation and still mining. However i have definitely heard a lot of issues regarding the fact that they have delays in payouts.

Are you sure though that it's not either your contract being terminated by genesis mining becasue the payouts are less than the fees they charge, or just that your daily payout amount is less than dust amount?
