It's no the maximum of every week,it's the minimum to get paid.30 post must not come in 2-3 days,you should post at least 4 days a week that is maximum of 8 valid posts would be counted per day.

Signatures and avatar is updated, Just my suggestion, I think it will; be better to post this update on the Announcement post, (1st post), of this sig campaign, so that all participants will easily see it. , just thinking maybe others will not see it.
