Your    Round    Your Balances
Coin    Speed    Shares    Confirmed    Unconfirmed    Estimate
LTC   259   KH/s   20511   0.7183   0.0000   0.7062

Above is what i copied paste from the account page.

What are the Confirmed - Unconfirmed - Estimate?

And is 259 KH/S a decent mining speed for a 7850 gpu?

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

what does the client say?

if you google "mining hardware comparison litecoin" the github table seems to indicate 345-350 should be normal

the client it also showing around 250khash/sec ..

maybe its due to my intensity at 13, but if i put it higher, it makes web browsing  etc real slow.
Besides that, i seem to get artifacts as well on my screen? is this normal when mining while doing other stuffs?

Just to verify,

those numbers under "Your Balances" - are they the number of litecoin i currently have - and able to cash out?

If you get artifacts you probably need to up the voltage if you overclocked the card otherwise there shouldnt even be artifacts.

The 3 walues refer to rewards u gaining, so confirmed are the LTC u can cash out, unconfirmed are the mined LTC, which need network confirms.
Not sure about the Estimate though. Could be some estimated LTC reward in some timeframe or block
