what are your thoughts on stratis. will it go up as the bitcoin begins to rise again or has it become just another useless altcoin?

I think you should have a look in the official announcement topic here in this forum. After that go to their official slack channel and ask your questions.
Stratis is a solid project - but it will take time until the roadmap is completed.

Stratis is a good coin to hold for longer term gains. Most of the coins are dumping in this current correction so
it will go up once the correction is over and next rally starts.
