It's a very hard question to answer. I made a list a couple of weeks ago when the first China news came and the marked startet to drop.
Now I have changed the bottum price I'm aming for. But the smart thing would be to buy BTC. But I'm not to smart so I go for the altcoins.

These are some coins. I belive you should make a list and find a price for each coin that you think is the price you can live with and buy. Maybe you won't get them all but then you have some to chose from.

i prefer to hold the cash and look on, the future is not clear, there is a great probablity to be locked if we buy some coins, i would rather to buy some top 20 coins later

Agreed, thats essentially what the market is mostly doing right now, leaving every altcoin and bitcoin, and just bailing. The advantage of that is, if you are a close watcher of the market you can get in on day 1 of the rebound. And I am still just seeing red.
I realise alot of forum members for whatever reason would disagree, but the dive doesnt appear over yet, so why buy now?

I dont think any of the alts are worth buying while the market is still continuosly dumping, except if you are a HODL guy who likes to buy some more when it's cheaper, and more and more when it is even more cheap. But I think you can buy some coin using USDT, while waiting for the perfect entry point to buy bitcoin, you can increase you initial capital.

What altcoins are worth buying during this dumping?

It is pretty same as was before. Most coins are worth almost nothing and was way overvalued before as are now and will be most likely tomorrow. Coins that brings something new to the crypto table, were undervalued before are now and will be tomorrow.  All you need to do is to check them out, and think what people will need in future. Well what they need now already. What is important to them and which coins have that and Bitcoin is lacking that.

Edgeless is holding up like a mofo. 30% up today and it doesn't even flinch to Bitcoin crashing.

They're going to launch their platform later this month, make an announcement about them getting an official Casino License which probably makes them the first blockchain project in history to do so. They also said they're going to put a live countdown on their website in the days to come, probably to announce something important. Also, their main feature, the 0% house edge which is unique and already puts them above any other blockchain casino in terms of potential gains.

I am planning to buy BitcoinCash/USD, ETH/USD, and ETC/USD. I am waiting before buy all of coins (eth, etc, and BCH). I know at this moment its too risk if decided to all in, but hopefully, the market will be positive in 2 - 3 days later. Added, BTC have to buy for buying some alt coins on the dip.

I still keep on buying Ardor and Waves at these discount prices while the BTC dump! Theyre going to make some nice gains in the next couple of month. But I expect the biggest gains will happen in the next year. Both are good long term investments!
