ICO Sunlight - is  completely open charity project, the purpose of which is to collect donations in the cryptocurrency for further assistance to children in orphanages in Ukraine.
Sunlight does not bear any financial, investment benefits and all contributions are donated to support orphanages on the territory of Ukraine. Our project takes responsibility to provide evidences that all the money invested and time spent helped those who need it.




After the ICO, first of all, the collected funds will cover the expenses of the most needy orphanages, as well as expenses from the lists of needs provided by the administrations of orphanages that we have already visited (the lists are available on our Twitter account). Also, we will visit another orphanages that we haven't visit yet, but it will depend on contributed funds. If the project is popular and will raise enough funds, we are ready to provide assistance to orphanages in other regions of the country.
The raised funds will be converted to fiat and the necessary goods and services will be provided:

• medicines, clothing, office supplies, books, hygiene products, toys;
• repair and construction work on the territory of orphanages (repair of premises, insulation, repair of sewerage, construction of a children's playground, etc.)
  Reports of performed work  (photos, videos and checks) will be regularly published on Twitter,  Telegram and Sunlight Coin website.

  Our project accept only Ethereum.
  
  The bonus system of the token is simple and has two main bonuses:
  
  For each 0.01 contributed Ethereum you get a bonus 1 SUN coin. So, if 0.1ETH was invested, 10 bonus tokens will be received. 1 ETH = 100 bonus SUN, etc. With each ETH collected, the smart contract will increase the issue by 50 tokens, therefore, the more tokens are purchased, the more SUN tokens will be generated. It will look like this:
  
  First ETH = 1100 SUN
  Second ETH = 1150 SUN
  Fifth ETH = 1300 SUN
  Fifteenth ETH = 1800 SUN and so on
  
  We plan to issue a token to the exchange, so our project will be able to thank those people who believed in the project and donated their money and time. But this will depend on the amount collected.
  Received funds will be transferred to different wallets for security purposes .

  ICO will last for 30 days. There is no minimum cap, but as more donations will be collected, as many orphanages will be visited by our team and help will be provided. If the project can not collect in 30 days the amount to cover the needs of at least one orphanage, then the ICO will be extended for few more weeks.
  There is no minimum contributed limit in the project, every dollar and every cent will make a huge contribution.

  Collected funds will be divided in the 80/20 ratio:
  
  • 80% will be invested in goods and services needed by each of the orphanages;
    • 20% of the funds will be spent on costs: transportation, website hosting, operational costs,unexpected expenses, it also includes a fee for transferring the cryptocurrency into fiat. Those funds that will remain after paying all these costs will be benefit of the project.

As we posted on our website this is charity ICO, basically all charity projects build on trust.  We can provide all needed information from us or meet personally. Any time anybody can contact with us thru telegram and ask for any updates what we got , we can do live video so people can see that there funds and time going in right way.
To those people who will worry we can start working with ESCROW we are absolutely fine with it , we are small project and didn't have any conversation with any of ESCROW before but if need we do it.
