OP is a scammer. He made people post on his forum in the promise of getting paid, then he did not pay them.
Read for yourself and check his lack of maturity. This is not someone you want to develop your apps.

you are asking me to send money to myself... since i was the poster.. its the 10'th time i repeat this...
but this happen when you try to flag every scam.. and people contrats you for that.. -> then you believe that everyone is a scammer without even trying to understand what is going on... i know your mental position very well. I think you should make a break on this.
Leave behind all old -REP's including me ... [its ok im not asking you to remove the -rep].
Then continue find new scammers.. but this time im sure you will find real scammers not people who are trying to make a honest living.
