the hell is wrong with Cex.io they said you can withdrawal your fiat USD using your Visa/Master card
so i added my Wirex card and verified it but once i withdrawal with it i get insa reject on my email

Just contact them, If they tell you that the withdrawals are processing just fine, it means that the problem is coming from Wirexapp card and you should find another alternative because just it has MasterCard or Visa on it, doesn't mean It will work in every service.
