what is the definition of success?

Indeed, success is the ability to live in the present, to love, to appreciate, to be grateful and to achieve the best results. In my opinion a person is successful when he feels harmony in your life between the material and the spiritual. He is happy that he was a good and loving family and he is also successful in terms of career and wealth. But again, for each concept of happiness has a different meaning and value. There is also a short-term happiness say from buying the car, and sometimes more global happiness say, you fell in love and you have a family.
In my opinion happiness is spiritual is not the same happiness when you have wealth or extremely poor, or not at all. I don't adhere to the principle: that with the sweet heaven in a tent, as everything and always want to eat and dress and have their housing and some stability in everything!

The definition of my success is wealth and family love. I always dreamed of being a millionaire and having a happy family. I know when you become a millionaire, your work will not be solved within 24 hours and that means you do not have time for your family. But I know when to enjoy life and spend time with family, I read many life skill books and I am confident with this.

most people think that the definition of success is the amount of money on a bank account or a number of cars, cars, or boots.......thats totally crap...success mean achieving what you want and want you want to be.... it's not always about finances but also about what you've achieved...... for me having success comes with a good work-life-balance...

Being successful is being happy in what your are doing.  One time I tried to  hire this guy who was a junior level executive type, but he turned our company down despite us wanting to hire him at a higher level. He explained that he had hit the top already.  I told him he was well below any of the C-level posotions, so how could he say that?  He said that his current work life balance was perfect, that he was earning enough money to take care of his family, yet with enough time to play with his kids, be with his wife, exercise etc.  That was striking to me but he was successful in terms of his own personal definition, which was happiness.
