Hi guys, i want to play a micro game. I will bet that the bitcoin price will not close below $3k this day (september 15) . 0.001 btc @ stake. Willing to use escrow(minimal fee please). Source is coindesk BPI for the reference price. Only 2 person.

Please comment if this is allowed or not. I will delete it if it's not allowed.
