Hello, this is my first post here, so I hope you get the idea of what I need right now.

I am totally new to cryptocurrency development, and that's indeed why I will look for pro's to do this, but before that I have few questions which would be good to clear out before we start..

We are going to start a project which involve the following things :

Cryptocurrency (We want to use the BitCoin core, but I am not sure if we need to create a custom app for the wallet, custom mining pool and everything that ships with a full-fledged cryptocurrency)

-So my main question is, what would we need to create a separate from BTC cryptocurrency which can be mined and can be stored in wallets, also this wallets should be a custom app or using the bitcoin one).

Exchange website (Where you can trade USD,EUR and other currencies but also BTC, LTE and other cryptocurrencies for our cryptocurrency and the other way around).

-The exchanging is going to be between users mainly, but it would be good if we can sell it directly too, also do we need a RESTful APi for the exchanger or is there any other way to integrate it with the bitcoin core.

We want it to be able to integrate into other websites and Ecommerce CMS systems like WordPress,OpenCart and etc.. And then again do we need a RESTful API or should we just create plugins which will show a wallet address instead.

In addition :

-What's the most important things to know before starting such a project?

-We are looking to hire a team of freelancers to build the whole thing, is there any place that we can hire a cryptocurrencies pro's instead of just people skilled in C# for example?

-How exactly will the Blockchain be working with the BTC core, I mean where are our coins going to be stored and how will they gain values, etc..
