As of now, the Indian government does not have any set rules and regulations for virtual currency which limits their ability to examine or prosecute a particular case for a potential fraud. However, in this case, Indicoin is a decentralised platform built over top of ethereum blockchain technology which distinguishes it widely from how other MLM or chit funds operate. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is a part of Ethereum Alliance. If the government was interested in banning ICO, it could have done that by now. The government actually has a program called Startup India which I think actually works in our favour. And Within a week before the main token sale starts, We shall be releasing the list of NGOs and non-profit. orgs with a comprehensive task list and our first few social proofs. Both of your statements are contradicting  thin air and then Ambani doesn't match, As a general rule, (whether you are an investor, researcher, the critic) should in cryptocurrency, after examining the platform based on various factor such as vision, whitepaper, team etc. and make a decision whether or not to invest or FUD. Also You are from UP , UP already ban lot of thing which Andra not done, If your company is located in Andra then only you are protected . UP is the Worst State in the crime rate may be someone will shot you guy after 1 week.We never know than what will happen to our investment. Is your company registered under companies act too ? Sorry, But you know there are lot of Scam like Sharda scam etc , So we need verify before investing. One thing you missed the mining part, why NGO will mine your Blockchain -> Use case. We fully note your concerns raised here. It is duly understood that as a community we are only dedicated to bringing people together and encouraging daily social service. We are already in consideration of giving it a legal form to our group as per Indian law at priority(though this is totally an irrelevant question to be asked by any sensible member of this forum for a decentralized blockchain open source project for a real social cause ,its exactly like asking Satoshi back in 2009 for his registation and license , but still for people back here in our country and under the current political quirks which are present in India who are still new to these things and no existing laws are present for a project like our's then too we are considering to give it legal form as mentioned above, our Non Profit Organisation registration is lined up on 27th sept. Hi, WHOIS info is not a personal detail which cant be shared , You already sharing it with world anyone can access it http://whois.domaintools.com. Your are not following the ICANN Rule and blaming on me or yes i know you got caught that you are using wrong address with domain name??? Also as per Indian law giving wrong address is illegal in India.You compliant me here i can also compliant in Legal authorities in India too . If you done unknowingly wrong then accept and correct it , if you defending for wrong things means you done this mistake knowingly. There is nothing wrong if i can stop an scam . And i have full right to post a proof for that if i just blame then you unnecessary ask me for proof . What type of experienced Tech lead who give wrong info in WHOIS info ? This is not discussion its a decision that govt will shut all the dealers dealing in the cypto currencies for now it seems ban may come impose unless they think other wise to start licencing this which may or may not be in their consideration. We will need to wait and watch. |
