Does friedcat ship from within the US? or are they shipping from a warehouse in China (I assume so since he's using DHL)?

China I believe.

SHENZHEN, CHINA. They ship via DHL Express Worldwide which usually means delivery in a day or so if customs plays nice.

I'm trying to understand the photos of the USB Erupter. Am I correct that one side has a colored metal plate, and the other side has exposed electronic components? Because I also see photos where one side is components, and other side has heatsink fins visible. Me confused Sad

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Those pictures with heatsink fins are from prototype batch, Emerald, that has green board. The batch now on sale is Emereld, it has blue board and metal plate with bitcoin logo as heatsink.

Just look in the Auction forum for Friedcat's posts reg the miners. There are also threads here for the best powered USB hubs etc.

But that has already closed. Looks like #4 will happen next week.
