I wouldn't use cloud based services. If you want to mine then buy Antminer from Bitmain. They are hard to get but they are pretty profitable. If you don't want to wait then buy bitcoin directly because its price is good right now for buying. You can't mine BTC using normal GPUs, you wouldn't earn much anyway. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

If we are talking about storing your bitcoin miners then you should keep them in air conditioned room. Don't forget to setup some security cameras. Antminers are pretty loud so keep that in mind.

You can't mine bitcoins without having ASIC based miner. You can order them f.e. from Bitmain which is Chineese company. It takes some time to ship it but it's worth it.

If you looking for legit bitcoin mining then you should prefer Genesis Mining but there is a catch in it you won't able to extract profit. I purchased a lifetime mining contract from them for 500 GH/s which was good at that time but they canceled the contract after 1 Month saying that terms and conditions don't allow us to keep mining.

It was my fault I never read their terms where it was stated that the contract is for the lifetime but if in any case, the mining won't be profitable for -- days then the contract will terminate immediately after that, On that day I learn how companies grow by cutting customers with their terms. Because of that case, I always read or look closely to their terms before purchasing anything.

Thank you. I supposed minning couldn't be completely safe, but I can make it in the most safety way possible.

I think there are many websites rating mining pool. Use google or search in the forum.

I would invest some time trying to understand the mining process instead of just asking a very general question on this forum. After that you can ask specific questions here.
