this user have bad use of trust system .
 he give red comment + red trust

he give me this red when i be JrMember (  not know how trust system work )  he ask for 10$ to remove comment ( made comment and delete it)

Trust is not moderated, also his evaluation does not affect you, by default visible only DT1;D2 users feedbacks.

Then post your suggestion(s) in the Meta section and not in here. This is in no way a scam, and I should know considering I'm almost being bombarded by butthurt users who got busted on a daily basis.
