I wonder how those nibbles under "SELL" arrived there so quickly with no network hashing for confirmations. still at 0 confirmations here.

You can still mine and send/receive with the sync issue (not so much as issue as it is an attack - I am thinking of a way to possible bad these IP's - something never done before other than the banscore/bantime routine)

The checkpoints help prevent any of this from happening (network checks the timestamp of their blocks with ours at the checkpoints), which is why I am going to have to add another.

Its a few idiots connecting with a self mined block chain.  It will eventually bad them, but the key is NOT to shut down the wallet, as the ban is stored in memory, and will be reset on restart of the client.

We need more nodes and hashing power.  Hopefully a decent price on Cryptsy will bring in more miners.

Yeah wondered that too... But they could have mined them.  The network is slow at the moment because of these clowns trying to push down the fake blockchain...

great news we will have bigger announcements soon –

Its good let them sell , this is actually what I planned for , these idiots are going to sell the lot into the ground , and we will build a steady base of buyers -

So every time they dump, we will have small buyers buying up the cheap nibble, this way the market will become more and more distributed.

then equilibrium will take hold , and the steady rise will begin , its a beautiful thing free markets.

So worry not about the sellers they will help us actually long term, we need sellers now.

I would be more worried about a huge spike upwards in price.

we are dealing with economic micro minds .

Even if the exchange is completely manipulated this still does not hurt our market.  Just more free press.

hyoshi - i sent Sal an updated version of the nibble symbol 18x16 pix - just the pure nibble bird.

for coinchoose.com

hyoshi will - opening just a wallet on multiple computers help so for example if everyone downloaded a wallet , even if they are not using it , and just left it open

would that help , so as to ban the attack IP ?

With constant attacks, doesn't that bring the reliability of nibble, into question?

No, but it brings to mind that some of these attacks are traceable, and likely perpetrated by you

doubt it - more likely i think soon you are past that point, where we have to say ......., you know , ...you failed. and likely cost your self some time and power.

if anything it brings more confidence , you should learn some economics.

we have to thank hyoshi our vigilant Dev, and we don't mind if the Cryptsy listing is a setup - we have bigger things in mind, thank you. thank you ..

edit that** i don't believe Hydro was attacking nibble , i just believe Hydro is doing what is in his best interest , looking at coinchoose and trying to push the market back to Digicoin.

save my comments for the attackers but.

Ion i would suggest right now do both - keep some short term if you just want to get into the game - but keep some more for a little longer.  in case it , you  know , gets listed with a much larger Exchange .
