I see their chat is not moderated and lots of scam words are there(it usually happens when chat isn't moderated)

I am not sure what conclusion to make out of all of this, but i am sure i won't put money there any more.
Have you tried to contact support? In case they don't respond and you don't receive money, open scam accusation and put some proofs in it.
