Hashrate problem on my GTX 1060

Hello i have GIGABYTE GV-N1060IXOC-6GD nVidia GeForce GTX 1060 OC 6GB and im running only 260 Sol/s.

Try to rise memory clock on +300 mhz for start.
And instal GPUZ and go on sensors when making screenshot to see what is happening there.
