I would recommend anyone not trade ever with paypal. Their chargeback option is just way too risky to be trading on that website.

OP, nothing against you, but paypal is often used by scammers who, after receiving the bitcoins, tell paypal they never received the goods they bought, so paypal gives them their money back, and the bitcoin seller has lost his bitcoins without getting his euros/dollars.

Oh yes it is. When you put money with a creditcard on your paypal acount, and after sending the money, you can claim with your bank that it was a scam. Then the bank still is able to pull the money out. So it's still possible to reverse the transaction.

Never trade crytpo's with paypal. There are other ways to buy crypto's.

Person A sends 100$ for BTC to Person B.

Now Person A goes to his bank and claims his money back.

The Bank of Person A reverse the Transaction.


So what is now PayPap doing?

Taking the money back from Person B?

I doubt it. I would say its a thing between the Bank , Person A and Paypal.
