Siacoin is the project of Nebulous. Nebulous and other early backers control another coin called SiaFunds. Fees from generating contracts on the Sia network accrue to holders of SiaFunds, not Siacoin. We prefer to hold coins where the value from the network or service accrues to the coin holders, not just insiders.

Siacoin is hard to tell. If you just look at the graphs one would say it is quite undervalued, compared to a former price of 0.02$/coin. Now it is <0.004$ again but doesn't show any signs of recovery. I guess the hype is over. It was absurdly overpumped and will not move anywhere for a whole while in my opinion, especially when Filecoin as a competitor is extremely over-hyped atm. Also Storj as a competitor tanked really hard. The Chinese panic doesn't make things easier for a Chinese coin as well.

Chances are, you may never get it cheaper again when the dust settles and new money flows into the market in 3 months. But there is also a solid chance that maybe Siacoin never gets any traction ever again.

You cant compare Siacoin with Onecoin. Even if Siacoin never becames successful. Onecoin was a straight-up scam, a ponzi. Sia is a legit project, with real world use cases. I do think this coin has a bright future. However I highly doubt the price will rise to about $100 any time soon. Its one of those coins that need to keep their prices low. But theres lots of opportunities to profit from this coin.

Yes the price of Sia is cracking down and down to its real value. If you look at the chart last year then you can clearly see that the value of Sia was always under control until this may - june the youtubers pumped this like shit! So it went to the moon in a short span of time and now it's back to the Earth so everything is normal.
The technology is good but I'll use Google cloud instead of sia for obvious reasons.

I once bought siacoin some time back and sold it for a loss. However, I wasn't willing to hold it for long term, that is the one reason I sold it. You wouldn't make quick profit from investing in siacoin. I see a lot of similarities between sia coin, doge coin, redd coin. They are good coins for investors who are willing to hold long term, with high chances of not reaching $1.

Future of SiaCoin very bright. this is very cheap rate to buy and get big return.

I really trust siacoin's future. I believe its going to have bright working project. But I don't expect them to hit sky. Why? Cloud services cannot be more expensive than competitors.

I dont think you can legitimately take a coins marketcap or trade volume and say "that coin will go to the moon soon!" A lot of coins are just used for little pumps.. Cant see SC going anywhere soon as its downtrend is just too consistent ..

The concept of monthly pay and various/cheap cloud offers just spreading everywhere is giving this coin a hard time imo.

Siacoin is going to be huge in the future i would recommend everyone to grab as many as possible or if you want to save more then wait for it to drop further by end of this year it will surely be 1000 sats or even more if any external factors don't occur.
Just remember in short term it will fall this is more like a long term hold

I don't really know where this one's going to go. It's a good idea, but the implementation is very difficult for some people. Combine that with the fact that the payouts are a little bit hard to understand and you have something that the layman it is not going to go very far with. If it was made easier and it was more self-explanatory then it would have a lot more success.

Still holding on to my Siacoin. The trend is still downward, but I do believe Siacoin will do well long terms. That's why I'm not panicking. If you don't own any Siacoin now is a great time to buy or accumulate. GL

sia coin future is the best.it is good time to buy now and just wait for 6 month to got the 500% time growth. once a day i had seen this coin at 800 satoshi and now it going on 140 satoshi.don't ignore it and buy at any price near about this price.
