Where is it located? How is the prize for electrivity?

We are located in The Netherlands. There are places in the world who are cheaper with electricity but especially for european standard we can definitely compete with our packages.
The fee for renting the rack will be much cheaper so in total the price with electricity included will be very  sharp!

How many miners are you talking about? and wich type(s) of miner?

i'll keep you updated.

How does the whole deal take place? Let's say I buy a miner on ebay, am I supposed to set you as the recipient, so it goes directly to you and you'll set it up for me? Or do I send you money, you buy the equipment and set it up? Do I have any control over the miner, can I see it running through an online camera feed or something?

Normally our clients send their equipment to us and we will do the setup with the clients requirements. This is all included in the price and we will never charge anything extra. Our clients have full control off their miners and our packages will be month-to-month, half year prepaid, or one year prepaid.

UPDATE:

We can't say our prices exactly yet, but depending on the chosen subscription and the power usage of the miner you can take EUR: 200per month  all-in as a good price indication.

We will soon announce our new website with all package prices

Sending equipment i think this will be only work in neighbors that near to you but if you are in far places this is impossible since you are not trusted and you are just jr. member and i think no one will be still trust you..
Much better to me to learn how to setup a miner in my place since we have a electricity for free and unlimited.
So why we send our equipment from not a trusted member in this forum?
For safety better to don't deal and mine with your own..

So every new company has to have a aged bitcointalktalk membership to be trusted as a legit company? i don't think that's a fair thought. We only announced our business yet on the forum. We are clear and open and have nothing to hide. As soon as our website is online you can check everything.

By the way, i do agree with you that i would also prefer the company who's hosting my miners is located quite nearby. That's eventually why we chose to build our hosting facility right here. And off course i understand your suspicion because of all those scammers, fakers, and pain in the asses, but give a legit company its chance to explain.

Anyway, We started this business because we noticed a lot of people want to buy, or allready bought, a miner, but don't want to mine at home for several reasons. We also noticed that it's not profitable at a lot of hosting companies if you let them host just a single or a couple of miners, and we want to change that.

It's good for you that you have free and unlimited electricity, but 95% of the people in (western) Europe [and the rest of the world] don't. At least not legally.
We are located in the Netherlands, and a normal household pays around EUR: 0.21 - EUR 0.24 per KW/h and the other western european countries are paying around these amounts too. So they pay around EUR: 215-245 each month on electricity only for running an Antminer S9 at home. So if we charge our clients a average all-in price of EUR: 200 it would be profitable for them, and it's even cheaper than mining at home. AND no noise, heat or electricity problems. And suitable for beginners and non technic people too.

You have trust issues about me being a Jr Member [became a member meanwhile] and i don't blame you. But our whole business type is open, clear, and no nonsense and we believe it's an asset to the european mining community. The only way we can host the miners for our clients, is by let them sending their equipment to us. If you know a better way, i would love to hear.

I'm assuming this means sharing all your personal details, being available to talk on the phone or meet IRL, giving tours of your data center and so on.
If you're going to take people's money for hosting and their miners, with no collateral, you got to be trusted or at least have someone trusted verify and vouch for you.
There's been too many similar scams so people have learned to be suspicious.

Ofcourse it would be possible to meet in person or talk to us directly on the phone or skype. We really have nothing to hide and we fully understand your trust issues because of earlier scams. But you have to know we have our security and trust issues also. For the sucurity of our clients and ourselves we have chosen not to let people visit our datacentre, simply because we cannot estimate our visitors intentions. But for us it would be no problem at all to let a assigned and trusted (dutch) forum member meet us and vouch for us, even let him see our centre, but with the appointment that the location stays secret. Not just for ourselves, but mostly because of the security for our clients too.

An interesting approach, so which personal data are you willing to share with others? Because so far you haven't really shared much.
You said that location of your data centre will remain a mystery, so you are not confident that you can keep your miners safe even if the location of your mining facility will leak?
Why should people trust in someone who can't promise them that their miners will be safe no matter what? Will you give us some kind of insurance policy?

ysicly

It's not that we can't guarantee that the miners are safe, we definitely can. In fact, in 90% of the time there will be a member physically present near the facility. We just want to disclose any potential security threat by keep the exact location safe. (we are not the only hosting facility who is using this kind of policy)

The fact that i haven't shared personal data, is that i just announced the whole concept this week. We want our facility and website be operational before we ''go live'' and share all the details.

But to give you some:  I'm owning a trading and wholesale clothing business in the Netherlands, for 11 years now. Beside that i buy and sell bankruptcy's in other sectors, but mainly clothing. My partner is working in the secondment sector.

We will introduce ourselves further when we're fully operational. People can always make an appointment at our office to meet us in person and to inform you about the concept.

I've been mining with them for a few months and initially they (Wesley) was very responsive. I spoke with him several times on the phone and Wha. However lately I'm getting no response. The miner is running though and I can see coins being paid to my wallet.

Now I have doubts over my additional miners, whether to send there or elsewhere.

Not an ideal way to build trust among the client base.

UPDATE
Spoke with them today, all is well, I think they were working on their mining setup and client access via Awesome Miner panel. I can now access my miner.
