Looking at the details section there is no 'country' field. However, I think if you can get around that then yes you can. There is a lot of verification though.

I didn't need verification to buy before but now when I login I can't browse to the buy page. Is verification now needed to buy as well as sell BTC?

You can always try for a small amount first.
But maybe it will be better to use an other website
