No problem. I had gone to bed by the time you posted last night.  In the meantime, I put together a script that will make it faster/easier to parse the output from listunspent and create a raw transaction.

In analyzing the listunspent output, I see that a few of the addresses have only been used a few times each.  The next createrawtransaction that I send you will sweep up all the dust in the old wallet upstairs at the 5 addresses that have the fewest outputs.  That would be the dust at the addresses that start with the following:

• 1CU...
• 1Dr...
• 1PG...
• 14m...

Once that's done, we can import the remaining 6 addresses into the new wallet downstairs.

We need to use the one large 22.89164418 BTC output to sweep up the dust outputs.  Unfortunately at the moment the large output is in on the wallet downstairs at address 194kMYZoK9EyNHvSTHWhxqfER1Radjawdr, and the dust outputs are in a different wallet upstairs.  Therefore, lets start by importing the large output into the wallet upstairs.  We don't want to create a transaction that will send the 22.89164418 BTC to the wallet upstairs, because then it will lose all the priority it has built up by aging for the past 23 hours.  Instead, we'll write down the private key of the 194kMYZoK9EyNHvSTHWhxqfER1Radjawdr address from the wallet downstairs and then import that private key into the wallet upstairs.

If you've encrypted the wallet downstairs then in the Console of that wallet issue the following command:

Then bring the written down private key upstairs.

In the Console of the wallet upstairs issue the following commands:

Is there an easier way that has a fee?

Yes, but if the transaction is larger than 10 kilobytes or the inputs haven't been sitting around unspent for long enough to result in a priority of 57,600,000 or higher, then you'll need to pay a fee of at least 0.0001 BTC per kilobyte just to get the nodes that are connected to you to relay the transaction to any miners to get confirmed (and if the fee is less than 0.0005 BTC per kilobyte, then many miners may still not confirm it for a day or two).  Most of these transactions we are creating are between 7 and 10 kilobytes and sweeping about 50 inputs.
