Not recovering old BTC from coinbank wallet

I cant recover my old BTC from coinbank wallet account. Please help.

Tried using 12 word passphrase but doesnt help. I have my old BTC wallet address but not working.

I suppose that it is BIP39 seed, what is exactly the error that you get when trying to enter the seed on your wallet?
Try this:

Download electrum from Here.
Then open it, enter the name of the wallet, press next. Then standard wallet -> I already have a seed -> Press options -> Select bip39 seed.
Then enter your seed on the field and press okay. Then your wallet should load all of your balances, and you should be able to spend your bitcoins.
If you dont want to download electrum, you can just use the Bip39 tool for all kind of needed information like private keys and such (just remember to save the page for offline mode).

Do you have anything other than the bitcoin address you have to recover it. If not then your coins will be lost. Can you post a link to the wallet you were using? is it "coinsbank"?

Do you have anything?

You can't get access to coins without a seed or a private key. If you have neither of these and no way to reclaim your coins and your coins may be lost unless there is anything else you have access to.

What are you talking about right now? You talked something about the seed, but now you said that you don't have one. You have said on the first post:

The BTC are same as lost if you do not have any private keys, seeds or anything. Bitcoins will be still on the same address, but since it is a decentralized money using cryptography, you cannot recover it without the seed since there is no party who controls it. Try to find some kind of backup, old wallet file or such if you wish to recover your BTC.
