So I got my first 3 L3+ yesterday. - Amateur miner

Bellow you will find my almost first day tests

Testing TOTAL overview hours: 20 electricity - 72 kW - 11.52 $ ( + normal house usage ) - 0.16 $ / 1 kW - 1.5 GH/s

Tests :

Mined around random types of coin ( Verge, Goldcoin, NLG, AUR, ABY , EMD , NVC etc )
Results in $ ~ 15 - in 10 hours of testing

No trade speculations - just sold at last bid.

2. give-me-coins.com - 1 Hour all 3 + 10 hour 1 L3+ = 0.17 LTC

3. litecoinpool.org - 10 hour 1 L3 + = 0.13 LTC

4. ltc.tbdice.org - gamble - 10 hour 1 L3 = 0 LTC

5. nicehash.com - I'm now thinking about putting all 3 of L3+ in solo mining here for gambling my luck , but I see that I only get half of speed so ~750 MH of all 3. Anybody knows why this is happening ? As it works fine on other pools.


Grand Total =
Payout 15 $/altcoins + 15 $/LTC = 30 $
Electricity = 11.52 $

Profit = 18.48 $
Per device per test = 6.1 $
Per device per day = 7.3 $
Per device per hour = 0.305 $
An average of 0.3 $ profit per hour per device is clearly not what I was looking for
 
If any of the veteran miners is willing to help me out with some guidance, it would be gladly appreciated.

Maybe my approach is wrong or I will have to really get into trade view of altcoins which I wanted to avoid.

thats really alot lower that what it says on whatamine u got to factor in the fact that ltc is down near 80 percent since aug

lol theres no guidnace needed in regards to lower profits from when u orginally purchased the asic bro
hash rates go up price is down , your best bet is to mine and hold, I would mine ltc directly not btc on nicehash
it will pump up again in price when all this china fud is over

then run all 3 miners on separate pools for 24 hours and pick the best one.

Repeat for another set of pools and soon u should have enough data to choose your best pool.

I pretty much gave up on the L3s as I figure that by the time I could get my hands on one the diff would be so high I couldnt really make any money. It would be nice to support some of the lesser known coins though with massive hashing power.

Plus I think there is just something nice about having that much hash power. When I was involved in 2013 I was scraping for kh/s - I remember being so happy when I had my first Mh
