Maybe nothing, maybe something. As you may know, recent controls by the SEC e.g. made it a bit difficult for US investors to invest in ICO-s. Also, this is tied to the project that is listed via ICO. Although PVE's are not a security and we are pretty sure they would not pass the Howey Test, recent situation have show that there is room to wiggle (https://hackernoon.com/did-the-sec-just-throw-away-the-howey-test-df56784b0f38). So we have to protect us from that side and not be considered a security. However, investors from those countries can still act on their due diligence and invest. Hope I clarified the situation.
