Maybe nothing, maybe something. As you may know, recent controls by the SEC e.g. made it a bit difficult for US investors to invest in ICO-s. Also, this is tied to the project that is listed via ICO. Although PVE's are not a security and we are pretty sure they would not pass the Howey Test, recent situation have show that there is room to wiggle ( https://hackernoon.com/did-the-sec-just-throw-away-the-howey-test-df56784b0f38). So we have to protect us from that side and not be considered a security. However, investors from those countries can still act on their due diligence and invest. Hope I clarified the situation. How do you screen investots on this note? Does it require id upload? We do not need to screen them. They are acting upon their own consent as we clearly state that in the checkbox and terms of use. It's a standard "regulatory" procedure which you can see in most, if not all ICOs thee days. |

I was thinking the same thing, maybe they'll do one with live croupier dealing? We sure will! As said above, there will be both electronic and croupier. IN all fairness,it seems the address u posted is the old one where they had started with a min 5 eth Entry .Ive invested in Providence Pre Sale but only after the min entry was lowered to 1 rth as 5 eth is way above my budget..Ive spoken to their team member Allen before I invested and i was rather direct in telling I wanted to invest but the min entry was too high at 5 eth yet they took the time and effort to explain any questions I had and I was still treated with respect as if i was a big investor ...It seems they have had a rather low key strategy on their pre saleI was told as they have not intensively done any advertisments at all explaining that they already have already a heavy private investment by VLORA for 30 million tokens and they are in fact concentrating on getting part of their road maps products live even before the main sale..Much said,Many like to look at the outside of of a project where u see heavy advertisments done everywhere,i prefer to based my investments on true quality instead of cosmetic appearance..U definitely have my support Providence!!
