Your daily ICO intake

Hi,
I'm new to this and trying to learn as much as I can, and there's a lot of sites and a lot of into and its kind of overwhelming. What is your daily intake of ICO info? Do you have certain sites you check for updates and news 1 time per day, 5 times, 10 times, constantly? I want to know your best practice approach to keeping a watch on what's happening. Ive started reading lots about ICOs but it is hard to filter the info and know where to focus.
