i prefer to read whitepaper in indoneasian language because its easier to understand the project/ico...read in english language or difficult to understand i think just lose your time

I prefer to read it in English because it shows the true meaning of the words that are in English.

For others that don't know english it might be better to read in their own language (if it is available) as they have an idea what is the project/ico about if they don't understand it fully!

Most terms are in English so I prefer to read it in english as much as possible.

I usually read the WP in English. Even with the best translations, you can have approximation. The translaters do not belong to the project, they are not fully aware of the nuances.

I have the impression that many Russians don't speak English exceptionally.
