I am looking for a virtual debit card. I will load it up with bitcoins. Preferably doesn't need me to be over 18.
Anywhere doing that? Thanks!

I think that the best option for you is Wirex, they had some issues loading the card a few weeks ago, but now they dont have them, i make a load or two every day and there is no problem, you can load your card with altcoins/bitcoins and there is no problem at all. And the best part is that you dont have to submit your ID or any proof in order to receive the debit card in your door. And the virtual card that you are asking for, is better, but it takes one hour/two to be delivered on your email. Good luck

The two that I know of is bitpay and wirexapp. I have been using wirex for a while now and it seems very convenient. You only need to input personal details if you need to actually have a physical card, the virtual card is pretty quick and easy to get.

Nope. They have the most horrible customer support that i have seen in my life, and on 30% of the card loads there are some kind of problems. Not recommended. Wirex also has one of the highest fees on the market. I'll check Wirex, it looks good! Thanks guys
I suggest that you don't do that, otherwise you will have alot of problems. Rather try Cryptopay since it allows you to use their services without verification. Much better support, cheaper fees etc. You can find more information about the card usage limits from their site. Best of luck, and once again avoid wirex for your own good. Edit: I think that bitwala is the best of the providers, however they require verification, which does not suit you.

I also use this, never had problems with them. No verification needed, you can just input whatever data you want and you'll not have problems with it. Not sure though how much fees they charge, All I know is that they charge $1 per month for maintaining and $0.5 to create a card.

Do any of these work in the USA?
I see that Coinizy does not as the USA is not listed in the countries that they work in.

It depends mate, where you came from? Because there were local exchange that support virtual cards and can be use also supports bitcoin, wherein you can have it directly in one using. Maybe I can help you, just let me know where you came from. It varies from location to location.

Nobody here seems to have mentioned that there are already 2 threads discussing this matter. Here are the links: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1410577.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0In my experience, I have had success with both UQUID and SpectroCoin. The problem with UQUID right now is that it is not currently possible to create cards or load current cards, as their contract with the card provider ran out and they are looking for a new one. SpectroCoin works but I am not convinced by their support, as some of what they have claimed in regards to fees contradicts the experience I have had with them, but functionality-wise, their card works just fine. Feel free to check both of them out.

For the first time since I've known bitcoins and virtual debit cards, I'm new to Wirex. Thank you for sharing my unknowns. Now I can use it without having to register my debit card with a mess of paper over 18 ha ha

I am looking for the similar. Do someone here already have and using any of Monaco, TenX, Centra or any other similar cards that would be working outside EU?

Feel free to check cryptodebitcard.tk. It's arguably one of the best cards out there and it's anonymous (no ID needed, but it is limited to 1000 USD, an issue that can b solved pretty easily ). The VCC costs only, about 2 USD.

OP, it means not only local exchange but there were local exchange that really support visual credit and debit card, like you can acquire btc by local exchange site and put it in your btc and spent it.
