So I have been a part of the btcpop.co community for some time now. I have learned that anyone can become a scammer. As for this guy, he started out fine got loans and repaid. But for whatever he reason stop paying his loans. He has over 10 btc from 2 loans. https://btcpop.co/Loan/22992/   this is the second one https://btcpop.co/Loan/23168/loam-15-for-bm-2c-balambala-locked . Myself along with other investors have posted on the thread he started here but he keeps deleting the post. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1795547.new;topicseen#new  I am adding this to avoid others from getting scammed in the future.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

He also vanished on people with outstanding private loans. Seemingly out of nowhere. Had previously been good & communicative for months and then just gone.

I confirm, he run with more than 11BTC (40k$) and several personal loans
