10 Tweets (1 per day maximum) total, and at least 3 retweets is all. For the tweets that you make, you can earn up to 20 SGNL. And for the FB posts, you can earn another 20 SGNL maximum, so 40 SGNL for posting 10 times on FB and twitter, and 1 additional SGNL Token per retweet or share.
