Which virtual (!) prepaid bitcoin card provides also an app for android mobile device with nfc to cash out the BTC on ATM or pay in shops?

As far I know TenX introduce NFC payment using their virtual cards in the Q4 of 2017. Yet, Shakepay allows payments through Smartphone and its NFC thanks to Shake Alpha.

Many thanks, TenX looks very interesting. ShakePay seems to have problems with NFC payment. As I read on play store, that they deactivated that function.
