Neo - gas is MEW gas?

It is not the same.  Gas is just a very small amount of Ether AFAIK.

GAS is generated by holding NEO.   They 2 "gases" are unrelated.

No It's not, Gas is designed as fee for every transaction made from MEW and NEO is seperate altcoin

Absolutely not! Transactions in the Ethereum network have to be paid in Ethereum. So the term "gas" w.r.t to Ethereum is purely the execution fee in ETH for every operation made on ethereum. But GAS (caps) is another cryptocurrency altogether, it is needed to fuel transactions in NEO ecosystem, deploying smartcontracts in NEO etc.

No dude! The NEO gas is just for NEO transactions, is a completely different network. Apparently everyone come with the same words just to make the world a better, yet more confusing place

NEO oriented on china for example. You can recieve GAS for holding NEO on your wallet. It is free

No dude! The NEO gas is just for NEO transactions, is a completely different network. Apparently everyone come with the same words just to make the world a better, yet more confusing place

When you have a NEO in your wallet, it produces GAS, which you can sell. If you are not on a crypto Bitrex exchange, then GAZ is not coming to you.

GAS is generated by holding NEO. You only can pay GAS when send anything.

GAS on Ethereum is called the transaction fee, that is paid with Ethereum or Bitcoin.
GAS on NEO is an own cryptocurrency (an asset of NEO)

They are totally different, tho you can call the term "Gas" to both of them but as what's the concept of bitcoin.
But you can't use eth gas to send neo or vice versa as what you are asking. Gas/transaction fee are small part of your eth/neo/btc which are used for transaction fee.
