sounds good so far i would go with 2.5min blocks  fees on website eg 10 helpcoin to post a help request and free to ancer a question

Yeah, pretty sure you don't need to worry about that...If you couldn't tell, buy the unfilled sell orders, for the last 6 coins, noone gives a fuck about these things anymore

Unfortunately real world usage would go downhill as soon as someone builds the same service and offers bitcoin as payment option.

but renember guys that some guy wont wait 1-2h until BTC confirmations go throw !
we need really fast transaction time
i wuld go even with worldcoin for this project

Doesn't matter which coin. Best to start with most used to next. Once you build a site and whole service tweaking and adding more payment options is trivial.

and some people are looking for work and have skills, so they will take this coin and do work.

I cant imagine bitcoin in future because it has slow confirmation times !
You cant buy anything in real world because you will need to wait in shop for confirmations
thats why we need 1-3 min cnfirmation time !
