20 million Clout tokens (20%) will be used to invest in other block-chain projects over time including ICO’s and/or cryptocurrencies. These investments decisions will be made based on the highest rated opportunities by the upvoting of the CLOUT platform members. These tokens will be used to directly invest in the success of these projects, and CLOUT will hold these cryptocurrencies and assets in a secure but also transparent fund (Cold Storage). The CLOUT team will take profits from these positions over time as the project succeed and spend these profits to continuously repurchase CLOUT tokens from the open markets to maintain the 20% CLOUT token holding for the investment fund. As this fund grows to accomplish specific milestones, a portion of these profits may be rewarded to CLOUT token holders in Ether to bring increased value to CLOUT token holders and/or used for other promotional efforts for the CLOUT Platform.

Also, Exec.'s receive their tokens over the course of 20 months after the ICO at a rate of 5% per month. 100m CLOUT and 100b CLC, those are what we have forever, no more are ever being made. It will take CLC 60+ years to max out in the supply.

actualy i dont know about ERC-223 what makes it more interesting than ERC20 ?
I think that almost many trading sites only use ERC20 and what are your plans with ERC223 ?

That's because we value the service we are going to bring to the space. So we expect the consumer to as well. Every way shape and form we set up CLOUT and the platform to interact with the clc and tokens is to make holding them profitable. Go on Facebook u will see 100 posts about people charging others for investment information. People blindly sending crypto all over because there is zero dependable places right now that are soley dedicated to crypto currency. We know the level this is going to benefit the community. All icos and coins are going to need to be featured on CLOUT to have any legitimacy or hope to get funding. This is not a small order to bring to the public. This isn't just for a small market of the crypto currency market as a whole. Every single person who has anything to do with crypto we will be their first click. So we value our coins to reflect that. Plus the $10 mark is only for 1% of our total amount of coins. 10% of the coins sold during the ico. The majority are 5 and under. However when the last tier does sell out because the first 2 will go so fast and  because we are also giving away the CLC during ICO only. Everything is geared to set up that last tier to sell out.

ERC-223 uses half the gas of normal ERC-20. ERC-223 will also prevent lost tokens and be more safe-guarded from attacks.
