very interesting, I think it could be more interesting if there are some pictures that explain the roadmaps and teams because by looking at the roadmap someone will understand quickly about the mission of this project, as well as the complete information about ICO.

I like the concept and I hope the funding is a success, though from the website it looks like it got off to a slow start after a successful presale. In any case I will be following this ICO closely.

Use of blockchain is going to go to the next level with the help of CLOUT as it utilises FileCoin as well as IPFS. These two are decentralised distributed storage systems revolutionising CLOUT. As you have stated CLOUT is a blockchain database promoting quality content.
But here my question is how is it possible to bring quality content to a platform and what will be the effects for doing so? It is so because there are many things related such as news, investment and media to CLOUT - a blockchain database. Moreover, community involved holds responsibility to monitor platform thus bringing everyone together.

The project is good, the teams are professional, there is always progress in every activity.
Pre iconya has been completed but for the implementation of ico was delayed some time because their project on a scam accused.
But all of the teams had worked hard to improve the situation and eventually ico has been going on including to join the bounty campaign.
Because there is still confidence of the clout, I see a lot of bounty and contributor participants joining the project.
Good luck for clout and the teams.
