It's nice that it's listed on hitbtc with the alpha platform delivered. This is better than 80% of coins. However, volume is very low. Crickets chirping in this thread. Nobody seems to want to spend even 4 btc to bring it back anywhere near ICO price. Telegram admins have no interest in promotion, they believe that somehow people will stumble upon the coin and the "market" will decide. They think that the less "groups" get involved with it the better, but in reality that's volume still that they need to even get listed on coin market cap.

Well, the market can't decide anything until people know more about it. There is no "market" right now. All they have is a brilliant website for being in alpha stage and a coin that's like 1/10th ICO price and falling. Surely there could be a community built around this coin, but we would have to do it since they don't even really come to bitcointalk, and leave their discussion threads to die unless they release something.

Guys relax, take PRL as an example. PRL entered the markets at half cent and their ICO was 6 cents, it reached 4 dollars already, currently sitting in 90 cents. There's good tech behind PRL and if CLOUT, delivers what the project is all about, the tech will support the price in the short and long term. but for now, no product + low price = High speculation + high risk + high rewards.

The alpha looks nice btw.

I understand investors in the presale and ICO might be screwed right now but that's if and only if they sell at this prices. They really shouldn't sell at this prices.

PRL airdroppers got their PRL at half a cent too and they probably all sold when it reached the ICO price at 6 cents. We will definitely experience the same with CLOUT, and that will only make the price get higher than the ICO max price which was what $2.50? Because they are a strong resistance now for everyone that is just waiting to recover their investment. If you are only waiting to get in an ICO to sell it as fast as possible and as profitable as possible, go for ICOs that are vaporwave then. As long as the team is working harder in developing a functional product rather than being more worried about how to pump the price without a reason, then this all is good and healthy. Bounty hunters and weak hands will be taken advantage at this prices. Don't fall for the low prices, this low prices are crucial to get rid off weak minded people.

well said mate, investing with ico is really risky if you are always aiming to make a quick bucks but if you are going to analyze and study deeper, then your chances to earn a lot is much bigger, like what you have said clout still have a good chance only if the dev continuously showed up and give new updates and some enlightenment to its investors, just hold for now since hitbtc already added it up then we will seen some movements when crypto market got sme lift from new investors.

But we already clout is only listed in HitBtc and in order to list in CMC it should reach the minimum target of trading volume. So already clout crossed the minimum requirements, soon they will start listing in the CMC.

For people not familiar with Clout, it is essentially going to be the reddit/facebook of crypto.

Many of the people who used to be directly in charge of CLOUT Network have either moved on or took an advisory role. The new CEO Gav and his team are working non-stop to launch the beta platform in a few weeks or so. Check the Github page to find out more. CLOUT is steadily back on track and ready to turn this 8 cent token into a sizable investment.

As far as tokens go, they are currently listed on HitBTC. There is only a 15 million circulating supply, so it's safe to say there is TONS of room to grow, and quickly.
