Are they out of business?  They have been updating their store website for weeks now.  I ordered a ledger nano s back in June for a September ship date but haven't received anything yet and they do not respond to email contact for order status.

If their customer support doesn't reply I suggest you to post on forum.bitcoin.com and make a complaint there. If I remember correctly admins there are online most of the time, and they might be able to contact the guys who manage the store from their site.

If you contact them directly from their contact us page i think better to wait for their reply maybe they are just delay in support but they can responds from your message after they read your issue..
If its out of stuck and you didn't receive anything maybe there is delay in shipping or the seller are didn't ship your ledger nano s..
Did you use paypal as transaction if you use paypal you can reverse the payment. .

I won't be surprised if the store doesn't come back at all. Those guys are jumping on multiple things at the same time then they are facing problem to get enough time to run their project correctly and then they abandon it.

Me too, this summer I wanted to purchase something for fun but always saw the message saying they are updating-changing-revamping or whatever their site. I just don't want to use them, I lost my moon to buy a Bitcoin item lol and if it comes back I sure won't visit their store

What country are you from? I Didnt have any experience from this store but since you ordered already from june, you can try to contact them via their social media accounts, this site is always making new, they made forum, gambling/games, and a bitcoin store etc.
but I don't think if one of them become successful.

If you're in Asia while they are ship from EU, there is a chance that your order will arrived after 1 month since I've experience it too.
If the website is trusted , you must not worried. If you purchase from trusted people, you must keep contact him for updated news about the order

Oh, sorry to hear that thing from you. Yes it seems so shaddy after a almost 3 months of waiting, it must not be like that, better contact them in social media or customer service. Running away business after getting the money. This must be a learning for everyone in here to not to trust a newly created bitcoins sites without proper verification.
