Can only say few words about the two above: don't go for 1080, choose either 1070 or 1080ti. Besides, check exactly which model of these cards you're buying, same brand 1070's, for example, may have 4-5 models all varying in clock speeds => mining efficiency.

Are those GTX 1080 really that bad? Because price-wise I can buy 1070 for $520, 1080 for $575 and 1080Ti for $825.

Do a bit of research and see yourself, plenty of hashrate data is around. 1080 and 1080ti use gddr5x memory, that's where the key is. You'll be paying 10% more over 1070 for 3-5% hashrate increase  in case of 1080. Not worth it IMHO. And again, check clock speeds before you buy.

Well 470/480 are mostly out of stock here, same for 570/580. But in local shops there are price starting $300 for 570 and $350 for 580.

i am getting used rx 470 4 gb for $150 each with 6 in stock
and same price for rx 480 but they are only 2 in stock

What do you suggest me to do, should i buy 470 x 8 cards and make a rig or rx 480 x 2 along with rx 470 x 6?

Well if I was you, I would just take as many those cards as you can for that price. There should be no problem mixing 470/480 in one rig. I am running 7x 480 in one rig, and 4x 570 + 2x 580 in second. Had no problems installing those rigs, using blockchain drivers (those non-official leaked, from robinhood).

Ok, i saw  on a website that 480 8 GB takes 150 watts and on another website it says RX 470 4 GB requires 500 watt power supply. Just want to confirm how much power Gigabyte RX 470 4GB takes?

Its depending on your PSU effeciency, GPU clock, model, quality, voltage, bios, algo and luck Cheesy

My 1st rig 7x MSI 480 gaming 4g takes 1070W when dualminig 207mhs eth + 5850 decred.
2nd 4x Sapphire PULSE 570 4g + 2x Sapphire PULSE 580 4g takes  930W when dualing 170 mhs eth + 4580 decred.

So if you are going to dualmine, you can count with ~130-150W card

MSI 8 GB   RX 480
ROI per nicehash : 4 months
The best long term mining GPU are nVidia and the best of the best is GTX 1070 :
 - No DAG problem with ethereum and ethereum like,
 - Less consumption : when the AMD will lost your money, you will still earn money with your investment.
 - Less consumption, less electicity cost, better ROI.
 - Less consumption, biggest life,
 - Less consumption, less warm (not big cooling systems)
 - Less consumption, less noise.
 - Better performance in gaming equal better price when you will sold it at the end of it's mining life

My favorite faucets to earn real free bitcoins/satoshis : Moon BitCoin and Bit Fun.
You want some free AltCoins ? It's here : BCH (Bitcoin Cash) Moon BitCoinCash - DASH (Dash) Moon Dash - DOGE (DogeCoin) Moon DogeCoin - LTC (LiteCoin) Moon LiteCoin.
You want some free LBC (Lbry Credits) ? My LBC invite : Lbry.tv - LBC (Lbry Credits).

thanks for analysis, how much watt Gigabyte RX 470 4 GB take while mining Ethereum?

I would prefer GTX 1070 but they are 3 times expensive and ROI period is longer in such volatile crypto market.

Even GTX 1080 which i am getting at better price MSI 8 GB GTX 1080 for $250 its still going to take more than 6 months for ROI.

I think you're missing one very important thing here. With AMD you're pretty much limited to ETH based coins, these cards suck on most other algorythms.

Are those GTX 1080 really that bad? Because price-wise I can buy 1070 for $520, 1080 for $575 and 1080Ti for $825.

take Asus Strix 1080ti or EVGA Hybrid
those cards are the BEASTS  -they are cold and can easily be overclocked to run about 2000Mh @85-90PL
and, most important, they are delivering almost TWICE performance of single 1070, but with LESS cost then two 1070

let's take your prices, for example, two 1070 will cost you about $1040, while one 1080ti with almost same performance as two 1070 will cost $825.
now you see which one is better, and one more thing if you choose to build 6-7pcs of cards, you will save on CPU, RAM, SSD, mainboard and so on in case if you go for 1080 ti, cause for the same performance of 6x 1080 you'll need two times more ram, cpus, ssd and so on, cause it would be 2 rigs instead of one.

so I'm voting for 1080ti   Cool

No offence mate but it looks like you were answered your questions above but you keep asking them over again. And I agree with ivakar here, 1080ti rules, then 1070 comes next after it.
