You can follow twitter accounts and regularly check their website of ASIC companies like Bitmain, Bailkal, Innosilicon, BW, AwalonMiner, PinIdea and much more.

This market is very confidential and very few companies sold their productions.
Informations about these solds are very quickly obsolete : generally, companies are making one batch of the miner after an other and there is no stock.
You have to reserve your miner in advance, then wait.
