It would be interesting to observe Horizon State's Voting system development.
I think that's very perspective for many countries, and interesting to hear with which NGOs you plan to partner.
NGOs can be good partner in pushing governments (Electoral commissions, Ministries) to becoming your partner.
Civil society tend to monitor and control governmental expenditures, and as for me Blockchain voting can save lots of money. (I took part in elections both as observer and candidate and can imagine this!)

NGOs seem to be a good partners but to slow, traditional and like to have deals with people thy already know. Better for years) Blockchain may save a lot of money and it is the reason for some kind of goverments not to use it. Less miney, less profits. |

hi guys when this token goes to market, after bitcoin's Segwit2x when? this coin does not exist discord etc to know more information. Closer to the end of the month - just finalising timings now.
