What are the transaction fees for these coins?

That's a really vague question, but the vague answer is that it depends. Generally speaking, the more you're willing to pay for the transaction, the faster the transaction will be verified and vice versa.

See here for some more info:

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees

What are the transaction fees for these coins?

It can be different and change all the time. You need to check at exact moment when you want to send. During last spam attack on bitcoin fee were ridiculously high. After attack stopped they became lower. But after implementation of segwit they became even more smaller. If you send from segwit to segwit address you can pay ridiculously small fees.
Also it depends from wallet what you use. Some wallet does not allow to change fee... Lot of factors and difficult to answer your question

Transaction fees of these cryptocurrencies you've listed changes everytime and isn't constant.

You can have an idea on how much the fees will be and how long the transactions will take by looking at the current number of unconfirmed transactions. Here's the links:
bitcoin: https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions
litecoin: https://bchain.info/LTC/

Eth is a lot cheaper to send than btc. Most of the time it is between $0.25 and $0.35. BTC fees range from $2-$5.

What are the transaction fees for these coins?

I sent litecoin today and it cost $.01

Send bitcoin last week and it took forever and cost $12

Not sure about ETH, but I know it's def cheaper than BTC. I think last time I sent it, it cost around 50c or so

why is everyone giving mempool status for these coins Cheesy

here: https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/transactionfees-btc-eth-ltc.html#6m
this is the chart for Average transaction fees for these 3 cryptocurrencies you asked in the past 6 months.
play around with the options below to see other time frames or other data like the Median transaction fees:
https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/median_transaction_fee-btc-eth-ltc.html#6m

and remember these are averages which means they consider all transactions in blocks in the period representing 1 point on the chart. a transaction fee depends on many things such as size of the tx and other factors.

It depends how much you are sending for example you are gonna send 100 BTC and the fees are 1% so 1BTC is your fees (just an example)

Fees vary depending on how much you are trying to send. So there's not a stable fee %

If you only send small amounts from one exchange to another you can simply buy a coin with low transaction fees like xrp or ltc before sending them.

Of course you have to pay attention that you can change the currency back to the original one.

The fees depend on the exchange, for instance yobit (BAD exchange -> so much wallets under maintenance) has a higher fee for withdrawing btc than bittrex.

^^^ Agree with that, some might even say this is a large part of what floats the alt coins in value is because they operate in a very similar way but at a much lower cost to transmit value.   If you only want to send small amounts of cash on a regular basis its reasonable to consider alternatives.

I personally like BLK or blackcoin but really its upto you to decide.  The exchanges have their own idea of fees for usage of each coin but often I find BLK is very unnoticed relative to its utility and under used, its been around 3 years and Ive tracked it the whole time and the original devs are still active and developing.
I've no reason to doubt it, I know its really fast and the wallet is easy to use with interest paying just for keeping an online balance, perfect.    Its still not bitcoin, so maybe you want to convert back to that at some other point its really down the individual.    If you google any coin, it'll show cost quite easily so BLK USD will give you an answer, LTC and ETH are commonly listed against dollars so easy enough also.  I find those more expensive though and BLK clears in under a minute so its fast enough for me.

Bitcoin itself changed over the summer to allow greater transaction capacity, in theory it should have less problem with high fees for the little people.   This is well advised imo

Of course it will depend on the size of the transaction and how much is the network clogged and how quickly you want it to be confirmed

For bitcoin there is a site with recommended fee:

https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

For eth and ltc best I could find is:

https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/litecoin-transactionfees.html
http://ethgasstation.info/

But the wallets should give a recommended fee
