Can anyone help me out with PoS coins please?

I have been following the PoSmonkey on twitter; I made a research about how Proof of Stake works, but I honestly am new to this so I would appreciate it if somebody could guide me how to setup a mint, and what PoScoins are good to buy at the moment.

setup a mint is depend on coin it self, every coin has different rules, exmple DASh : it is POS coin, you can setup masternodes and mint your coin if you have at least 1000 DASH, Bitsend if you want to make bitsend masternodes you need minimum 25000 BSD, and also every coin has minimum time and maximum time staking. i never hear about Pos monkey,

but if you really want to know POS coin which is good.

1. DASH
2. Bitsend
3. Waves ( its called leasing waves, 1% per month , no minimum , you can unleased it anytime )
