1600 Burst coins missing while transferring from Poloniex to Bittrex site. I don't know whether it has been Stolen by Poloniex or Stolen by Bittrex, or the transactions of cryptocurrencies are not Safe or Genuine?

You mean you transfer directly from Poloniex wallet to Bittrex wallet?
I think it is not allowed to do like this.

First you need to transfer to you wallet burst coins and only than to Bittrex.

Also sometime there can be big delay when you transfer coins to exchanges. I wait 4 hours for example few days ago.

Did you check all the conditions , like address,  what's about the tx ID? I think poloniex and bittrex will not steal your coins.

You can create a ticket on bittrex for help, there must be something wrong with the transaction , you have to find it out and solve it with poloniex and bittrex.
