Hacked Account

Hello. My account "kilwar" was hacked a couple of weeks ago. I contacted theymos and cyrus about it but I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm hoping to get some help here.

Thanks. I did that a couple of weeks ago but neither of them have responded yet. I was hoping someone here could flag or lock my account until theymos or cyrus can get around to getting it back to me.

There are many case high rank account sell their account in low price then claim their account here. Newbie who didn't often visit here didn't know if their account claimed here will lose their account, since they didn't know what signed message is

How can we protect accounts not beeing hacked? Any lessons learned to implement security measures?

Hello. I figured out the problem. I wasn't actually putting anything in the "signed message" area. Now I should be doing it correctly. Please check again if you get a chance.

That worked. I banned it but only an admin can restore access to it unfortunately so you'll have to wait for a response from one of them. Try cyrus again if you haven't already.
