I've found that many of these ebay sellers are reselling units you yourself could buy in a buying thread under custom hardware.

Most of ebay asic salers sales preorders so be very carefull with them. Also there may be many scammers that didnt have any preorder or hardware and asked you to pay in BTC so in any case you want get any refund
