I dont know if this question has ever asked before, but im gonna try here anyway

I first created my wallet using bitcoin-qt, and straight after that, i used blockchain to import the wallet.dat of the bitcoin-qt

the thing is, after numerous transactions up 80, i see that my bitcoin-qt balances and blockchain balances arent the same!

bitcoin-qt = 0.18btc
blockchain = 0.00006btc ( for example )

is there anyway to sync my wallet from bitcoin-qt to blockchain, so that it'll show the same balances?

Those wallets are not designed to be sharing a wallet.dat file (as you've now learned).  There is no easy way to synchronize them.  It is possible with some technical knowledge.  You would need to export the necessary private keys from one wallet, and import those private keys into the other wallet.
