If you are planning to buy waves don't think anything. Just go for it. In my opinion China's ban is not going to affect crypto world. now its around 4 dollars. Buy it now and pile it up in your wallet. Its price will definitely rise after a year. It has got a hugh potential in this world of rising ICO's. So its better to get it now instead of blaming yourself after one year.

I think you can buy some cheap on 30th September since some Chinese exchanges will be closed that day, and it is still unclear whether the Chinese government will take some strict measures such as IP block.

I'm in this situation myself.  Its best to keep buying routinely through the highs and the lows because noone actually knows what will happen.  Price could boom today or crash suddenly.  Anyone who says they can read the charts and can predict with certainty is full of it.  That said, my gut tells me there will be another pullback but ill just buy in anyways because history tells me my gut is no wiser than anyone elses.

yeah fluctuations are harder to follow nowadays since the issue has been raise we cant predict any coins to move forward or to show real rise up
even there's some news about the project its still unpredictable I can say its applied to any crypto project right now.

I think it's better for you to examine, study or read news about everything that you should consider before investing into something. You can't depend on  people's suggestion on every thread you read here. Investing requires risk, so you should do your part when investing. You should make some research first before making a decision.

It is never too late to buy waves. It will probably moon before end of the year. I would buy as much as i can to get rich in only couple months. Shame i can't buy much yet.
